Miss Teen World Pageant 2010 part 2

Every moment of the Miss Teen World pageant was amazing...from meeting the National Queens, having them sing happy birthday to me at dinner, to the amazing photoshoot the day after the pageant with the new Miss Teen World Tayla Robinson from South Africa!

Miss Teen World Pageant part 1

Attending the Miss Teen World pageant was an experience of a lifetime. Meeting some of the worlds most oustanding young ladies, making friends from all around the world and receiving the new National crown and banner... who could dream of more...

July has been a busy month for Lauren Sage, as Jr. Miss United States World. From house calls to children recently home from the hospital to visiting other pageants and singing the National Anthem... July will always be a month to remember!

These are some of the pics from Nationals in Houston Texas. So many photos its hard to choose just a few! There are pics here of practices and the final pageant as well as the after party. Nationals was amazing, lots of memories!!!

Prelims & rehearsals

Whew! The girls have been busy! Kaiti and Sloane spent most of Tues in rehearsals. The opening number routine is amazing!! They also participated in a swimsuit photoshoot. Great white bikinis!

Wed. was prelim night. Both girls did an amazing job! LaDawna and I were so proud of them! Lauren Sage was announced on stage as the inaugural Jr. Miss US-World! She is beyond happy!

Thursday has been spent in interviews. Both Sloane and Kaiti feel very good about how interview went and they looked fabulous. Evening was spent in rehearsals for final show.

Friday is the final show and coronation ball. Will post more pics as they become available.

nationals!!

Kaiti, Sloane, and Lauren Sage left KS on Sat. July 4 to head to Houston for Miss Teen US-World and Miss US International!! On Sunday, we headed to Galveston, TX to enjoy the sun and sand! (LaDawna, Kim, and Tia enjoyed it too much and got a sunburn!) Monday has been spent getting checked into the fabulous hotel and attending orientation. Lots of great gals! Tuesday is the swimsuit and evening gown group photoshoot followed by rehearsals. Wed is prelim night!! Thurs. will be spent in interviews and rehearsal. Finals are on Friday!!

We have some great news!! Lauren Sage Browning was appointed the inaugural Miss Jr. Miss US-World!!! She will spend the year traveling to different states continuing her volunteer efforts!

Appearances

Whew! Our titleholders have been busy making appearances! Several of our gals participated in the Riverfest Parade in May!

Lauren Sage attended Harvester and recently received the Kids Have Heart award for outstanding community service! She also received the Kindest Kansas Citian from her school and recently participated in Relay for Life.

Kaiti has been the guest of honor in a local 4th grade classroom! She also spoke at the Chamber of Commerce.

Sloane has been busy with charity car shows! She attended the ARC car show in May, the CAST car show in June and will be attending the Make A Wish car show in late June.
